Springboard Family Support Service is a non-profit organization that provides support services for families in need. The service is based in Castlegrove Raphoe, and its office is open from Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-12pm.
Over time, the organization has grown and expanded its services to various areas in Donegal, and as such, it has designated areas for its Family Support Workers to ensure efficient service delivery. South Inishowen Area The South Inishowen area is covered by Family Support Worker Fran Murphy, who is based in The Exchange Office, Castle Avenue, Buncrana every Thursday from 9am-5pm. Springboard offer support in the areas of Buncrana, Burnfoot, Fahan, Bridgend and Muff. Families in this area can contact Fran for assistance and support.
North Central Area- This area is covered by the Family Support Team Leader Leigh McGeever, along with Family Support Workers Jade Quigley and Annmarie Mc Devitt. This area covers the central part of Donegal, including the towns of Letterkenny, Ramelton, and Milford. Families in this area can contact any of the three Family Support Workers for assistance and support.
South Central Area- This area is covered by Family Support Workers Jo Brennan and Christine Hyndman. This area covers the southern part of Donegal, including the towns of Raphoe, Convoy and Lifford. Families in this area can contact either Jo or Christine for assistance and support.
North West Area- This area is covered by Family Support Worker Donna Jacob, who is based in the Dunfanaghy Family Resource Centre from Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-12pm. This area covers the north-western part of Donegal, including the towns of Dunfanaghy, Falcarragh, and Gweedore. Families in this area can contact Donna Jacob for assistance and support.
